Carters did a fantastic job at installing a new state-of-the-art Viessman Boiler and heating system. They completed the job to a very high standard and ensured we were kept up to speed at every single stage of the job. Communication, reliability and cleanliness throughout was excellent. Adam spent the time to talk us through what system to go for and we are very pleased with his recommendation.
Can't recommend Adam enough. He did a very tidy install of an Air Source Heat Pump and plant in a very tight space. The quality of work is very high and the system is working brilliantly. In the weeks following the install Adam contacted me several times to make sure everything was working as expected so great aftercare. Glad I have made the switch to low carbon with Carters, highly recommend them.
The service we received from Adam was brilliant. We called him on the Saturday and he advised us to do something for a temporary fix. He was on time on Monday and quickly managed to resolve the issue. Before we knew it the hot water was back up and running and the children were having hot showers again. One happy family.
